For more than a decade, Jacob Burrows has helped children, teenagers and adults build musical skill and the confidence to use it.

He previously founded and grew a music school that served more than 1,500 students across two locations, organizing bands, group programs, camps and major performances.

That experience taught him that students grow differently when they feel known. It also confirmed what he values most: understanding how one student learns and helping that person reach a meaningful breakthrough.
